Your personal data are processed and secured with the greatest possible care in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation ("AVG"). In this form we ask for your first and last name, organisation, phone number and email address. We will only use this information to respond to and process your contact request. You can also e-mail or call The Green Table®. Sometimes we like to call you for additional information to better handle your contact request. It is also possible to pass on your address details. Sometimes we would like to send you something, for example, to be able to deal with a request or complaint appropriately. Passing on your telephone number or address details is not compulsory.

If you are contacted by telephone as a result of a request or complaint, we will save your name, address details and all related correspondence in order to process the request or complaint. Your request or complaint(s) and the personal data involved will be anonymised after 2 years. The data stored in response to your contact request will not be shared with third parties.

The personal data we obtain from you when you apply for a job will only be provided to those who are necessarily involved in the application process. The data will not be kept longer than necessary and will be deleted upon request of the person concerned and in any case no later than four weeks after the application process has ended. We will only retain your application data for one year after the conclusion of the application process if you give us your permission to do so, for example in order to keep you informed of new, relevant vacancies.

Customers, suppliers and relations

The processing of customer, supplier and business contact data is carried out exclusively for the purpose of recording business contacts for the execution of a contract, for recording business contacts for the purpose of establishing a network, or for the execution or application of another law. In general, we only process the first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address and business address of our contact persons for these purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to ask The Green Table® for access to and correction or deletion of your personal data or to request restriction of processing. You also have the right to object to the processing and have your personal data transferred. We will respond to your request within one month. This period may be extended by two months, depending on the number of requests and their complexity.
